Our Refund Commitment

LaunchChat offers a 14-day refund window on all purchases. If you're not satisfied, we'll refund your payment — no questions asked within the first 14 days.

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If LaunchChat doesn't meet your expectations, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal.

Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on your plan type:

  • Monthly Plans: Full refund within 14 days of any monthly charge. After 14 days, you can cancel to prevent future charges but no refund is issued for the current period.
  • Annual Plans: Full refund within 14 days of the annual charge. After 14 days, you can cancel and receive a prorated refund for the remaining unused full months.
  • Lifetime Plans: Full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, lifetime purchases are non-refundable (see Section 3 below).

Lifetime Purchase Terms

Lifetime plan purchases are one-time payments granting indefinite access to the plan tier purchased. Because of the significant discount (equivalent to 12 months of monthly billing), lifetime purchases are non-refundable after the 14-day refund window. By purchasing a lifetime plan, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Step 1: Email support@launchchat.dev with the subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Step 2: Include your account email address and the reason for your refund request (optional but helpful).
  3. Step 3: We will confirm receipt within 1 business day and process your refund within 3 business days.

Processing Timeline

Once a refund is approved:

  • Acknowledgment: Within 1 business day of your request.
  • Processing: Refund is processed within 3 business days of approval.
  • Bank Processing: Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The 14-day refund window has expired (for monthly and lifetime plans)
  • Evidence of abuse, fraud, or manipulation of the refund policy (e.g., repeated purchases and refunds)
  • Violation of our Terms of Service resulting in account termination

Payment Processor

All payments for LaunchChat are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record. Creem handles all billing, refunds, and payment disputes.

  • No Card Storage: LaunchChat never stores your credit card information. All payment data is handled securely by Creem.
